We place the probe over the area that hurts and watch the tendon, muscle or fascia move. That changes the conversation: instead of telling you it "looks like a tendinopathy", we show you on screen what is happening, how much tissue is involved and what stage it is at. It also lets us compare week to week whether the tissue is responding, and guide techniques like EPI with millimetre precision.
