Physiotherapy for combat sports
MMA, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, boxing, grappling: we treat elite combat athletes — their signed gloves and gis hang on our wall. It is the sport where the body takes everything: torsion, impact, hyperextension. The difference is how you arrive at camp and how you recover between fights.
What we treat most in combat sports
Neck pain
From the clinch, takedown defence and chokes. Manual therapy plus deep neck strength: the foundation of a neck that holds.
Shoulder (dislocations and cuff)
Kimuras, americanas and falls. We restore full stability before you roll again, not just range.
Knee (ligaments and meniscus)
Leg locks and loaded torsion. Precise diagnosis and strength-based readaptation before sparring.
Hands, fingers and elbow
From constant gripping and armbars. Functional treatment so you keep training what you can while it heals.
Ribs and camp management
Fight-camp overload. We plan treatment around your fight date, with complete discretion.
How we work it
Full assessment, intensive manual treatment, INDIBA for tissue recovery and strength readaptation with the athletic trainer. We know what a camp is: the goal is making the date, not stopping. We accompany athletes in competition when they need it.
